CUSTOM CUP JOURNEY

This four step Journey will be initiated through your purchase.
The duration (from start to completion) of a Custom Cup Journey can take 3-12 months, depending on availability and scheduling between artists and couple.
The first part includes you traveling to collect a small sample of sacred earth. To initiate this first step, after your purchase, you will receive a gift box with special instructions for this ritual collection and a ceramic tool. Please note that costs of travel are not included in this price and are for the customer.
Once the first step is completed, we will schedule your private, two-hour ceremony, the second, important step.
Following your ceremony, a custom Sacred Union Cup will be hand-made incorporating your sacred earth and symbolizing your relationship. This is the third step.
The fourth and final step of this Journey is receiving your Sacred Union Cup and enjoying celebrating your relationship. To support your connection, we include in your purchase an Initiation Ritual to begin using your Sacred Union Cup together. To further activate your togetherness, we will also email you an Intention Ritual, a downloadable mp3 audio file.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We can only offer refunds or replacements for personalised items if they are faulty.
Custom Cup Journey covers all 4 steps and needs to be completed within 12 months after date of purchase. Delays or cancelations of Journey for reasons on the part of the client do not lead to refunds. The date of the Ceremony (Step 2) will be scheduled following the client's completion of Step 1 and cannot be changed except due to urgent circumstances.

Shipping costs are additional and will be calculated at checkout for shipments within the Netherlands. Should you live in an area beyond this region, please contact us by email and we can determine shipping for you.
